"I remember serving Paul single malt scotch . . . " by Beth & Ken Appel

Paul & Ann had dinner with us years ago to celebrate the birthdays of Ann, our friend Lynn, & me - in one October. I remember serving Paul single malt scotch and just having a wonderful evening. We always meant to do it again - to share our birthdays again, but it didn't happen.
We will miss Paul and the possibility of having another evening together.
