Dick Allen’s numerous poetry collections include Present Vanishing: Poems and Ode to the Cold War: Poems New and Selected. He has won the Robert Frost Prize for Poetry, the Hart Crane Poetry Prize, the Union League Civic & Arts Foundation Poetry Prize, the May Caroline Davis Poetry Prize from the Poetry Society of America, the San Jose Bicentennial Poetry Prize, and a Pushcart Prize, and was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. He has also received fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Ingram Merrill Foundation. In 2010 he was named poet laureate of Connecticut and will serve in that position through 2015.
David Lehman is the author of numerous collections of poetry, including Yeshiva Boys, When a Woman Loves a Man; and The Evening Sun and The Daily Mirror: A Journal in Poetry. Lehman’s numerous honors and awards include fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Guggenheim Foundation, and the Ingram Merrill Foundation, and awards from the American Academy of Arts and Letters and the Lila Wallace-Reader’s Digest Writer’s Award. On faculty at the New School, he lives in New York City.
Craig Morgan Teicher is a poet, critic, and freelance writer. His work includes a book of poems, Brenda Is In The Room And Other Poems, a collection of short stories and fables, Cradle Book and the forthcoming To Keep Love Blurry: Poems. He is Director of Digital Operations and Poetry Reviews Editor of Publishers Weekly, a poetry editor of The Literary Review, a contributing editor of Pleiades, and a Vice President of the National Book Critics Circle. He also teaches at The New School and New York University and lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and children.
Rodney Wittwer is a native of Wisconsin, received an M.A. from the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins University, and has lived in the Boston area since 1983. His poems have appeared in The Antioch Review, Barrow Street, Cimarron Review, DIAGRAM, Hayden’s Ferry Review, The Literary Review, Memorious, Pleiades, Ploughshares, and Verse Daily, among others. He is the recipient of a 2012 Artist Fellowship in Poetry from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Gone & Gone is his first book.
