Yesterday I had the opportunity to screen the film You Don't Mess With the Zohan in a theater full of Dutch and Germans. The experience was every bit as discomfiting as it sounds. I won't go into to too much detail, as I have to save it for a column, but let's just say this: I'm not sure a lot of people here are quite ready to laugh at Jews yet, although they certainly have no trouble using them for football mascots.
Is this how the Indians feel?
