These look awesome. And just in time as I'm having my family over for latkes on Sunday! Thanks.


Thanks for the history lesson ("A great miracle happened there") and the great pertinence of oil whether used for cooking latkes or burning to shed light on an ancestral candelabra.

Oh my. I may convert.

Looks really delicious! And thanks for the detailed recipe and instructions. Even a `cook` like me can cook this following these instructions :)
