Dear Emma,
What can I say? I put The Odyssey aside to finish The Silent Speaker by Rex Stout. It's not his best so it has taken me awhile to close in on the killer.
But I will return to our wanderer this week and have a full report on Sunday.
I promise.
Signed,
Once a bad student, always a bad student.
stacey...it's summer...no school - the livin' is easy, fish are jumping...cotton's high...honor celebration and possibility...cast off those "chains" of judgement and set off for the "territories" with huck (or rex, as the case may be)...
"there is no stability in the world...all is experiment and adventure. we are forever mixing ourselves with unknown quantities"...v woolf, the waves.

Just consider it -- detour or delay -- part of the odyssey. It takes a long time to reach Ithaca. D.
