So happy to see this holiday post reprinted and thank you for it. It should be an annual occurrence. I, like Terence, am a fan of Kavanagh's though it took me longer to get there and appreciate him in the ways I do now, and I have Terence to thank for that too.Terence has his own Christmas poem that has become an Irish-American classic. Worth posting that as well. —Michael Lally
