Our dog Johnny said
“I always liked it when you said
‘You’re an excellent fellow’
Or asked me to keep you company
While brewing a pot of coffee
Or watching the raging bulls
On CNBC.”
It was surprising to hear him speak
But a pleasure to learn
How happy he was
Living in our household
As a member of the family.
