Thank you, Angela. Denise's piece is tremendous in the ways you outline and link with the NY School. The Koch/Shelley connection enlightens. You feel its decades of reverberations. And i will publish a Q&A next month with Elaine Equi that traces some of these quakings in her work. (It will be in Los Angeles Review of Books.)
