Manolo me Mammon
You gold-encrusted god of plenty
Park me on Park Avenue
Gild my walls. Chandelier my halls
Jet my days. Jaguar my bluestone nights
Pool me in my private Mediterranean
Yacht me & unstopper me
Margaux & Coach me
Cover me in coin. Booty & Botox me
Multiply my capacity for rapacity
Artichoke roast & spit me
Braise & flambé me
Let me live in your insatiable need
Interesting poem commenting satirically on addictive materialist values encouraged under our current capitalist society. The poem uses imaginative imagery and language to make a vivid and humorous point.

Thank you Ralph Dranow!
Vivid & humorous is always good when dealing with a devil!

The risk is always the possibility that Satan is a more interesting character than either the Father or the Son. The poem captures that.
